An introduction to Yoga - Beginners Course - 3 hours
If you have always wanted to try Yoga or revisit the fundamentals of practice then this is the course for you. Over 2 weekends we will explore the practice and how it can build strength and increase flexibility.
We will look at the basics of breathing and alignment, whilst working with level 1 poses to build up a simple flowing practice which you can do at home.
Honor Oak Wellness rooms is a nurturing environment that will provide an opportunity for questions and learning.
