Our services include; Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Nutrition, Acupuncture and boutique Yoga and Pilates courses.

WE ARE ACTIVELY RECRUITING FOR:

A PART-TIME PRACTICE MANAGER

We are looking for a new part-time Practice Manager. This role is responsible for the efficient, effective, and safe management of the Practice, ensure the well-being of patients, practitioners and staff, and the successful smooth running of the Practice.

Commitment: 25 hrs p/w Mon-Fri (split between AM & PM shifts)
Salary: £15.30 /hour
Required experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar managerial role

Must be available to work on the reception desk:
- Tuesday 08.00 – 13.00
- Thursday 15.00 – 20.00
- Friday 08.00 – 13.00
Remaining 10hrs to be taken flexibly, ideally on a Monday & Wednesday

To start ASAP (May/June 2023)

Person & Role Requirements

Person Specification:

  • A quick learner, multi-tasker and be able to take initiative.

  • Be passionate and knowledgeable regarding the alternative therapy industry – always willing to learn more and quickly!

  • Be fluent in both written and verbal English language with a personable email tone.

  • Be attentive, articulate, and well-presented.

  • Have concern for patient care and an emphatic nature.

  • Be technically minded and process driven.

  • Have a keen attention to detail and a head for numbers.

Skills Required:

  • Have previous experience in administration & management (min 1yrs experience)

  • Have previous experience and skills in bookkeeping, budgeting, ordering stocks and reporting monthly expenditure to finance.  

  • Seeing the value in protocols and procedures and getting satisfaction from things running smoothly.

  • Be able  identify gaps in our potential and offer solutions for business growth.

  • Have a strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.

  • Have extensive previous experience in using in using Microsoft Excel and reporting.

  • Have previous experience with devising and managing marketing / social media. 

  • Be proactive marketing your practice to promote patient care. 

  • Experience with HR would be very helpful.

  • Previous experience with online booking & payment systems (such as Mindbody and Cliniko) would also be very helpful. 

  • Experience using Squarespace would be helpful.

FEMALE associate CHIROPRACTOR / chartered PHYSIOTHERAPIST

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly part-time practitioner who’s specialism is pre/post natal and/or pelvic health. The ideal candidate would be prepared to offer general appointments as well as appointments specifically for the aforementioned patient groups.

Would suit someone based in South East London looking to build a local practice. Experience in delivering empathetic care is essential. This is an opportunity to be self-employed (with percentage-based earnings) and set your own schedule across Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays &/or Saturdays (any combination of days considered).

Additional hours may be available in the future, plus the opportunity to locum on other days.

Candidates must have the following: 

  • Registration with the GCC, HCPC, (or equivalent)

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance with Public Liability
