As we move into summer we begin to transition in our practice, in this workshop we will explore how we connect with our changing environment. We’ll start by cultivating a sense of grounding and begin to explore balance in our practice with creative sun salutations and a flowing sequence. We’ll practice Asana, Pranayama and Meditation to leave you feeling connected and energised for the season ahead.
This workshop will be a Vinyasa Flow based practice informed by the teachings of Katonah Yoga; a Hatha based practice incorporating Taoist theory and geometry.
