A two hour workshop on finding some flight and learning to trust those hands!

We’ll look at how we can start to build the support and understand arm balances to work towards poses such as crow, side crow, and koundinyasana.

Expect some techniques using props (and partners!) to help us start our journey off the ground. Bring all your questions and queries and we’ll get through as much as we can!

A perfect workshop for those who have attended our Strength & Mobility course. Not suitable for complete beginners.
