You will be given the knowledge to identify areas of imbalance and utilise the practices shared to work towards greater suppleness, strength and confidence in your body.
A perfect workshop for those who may be looking to increase their general range of movement, who may be coming back to exercise after a break, or who may want to explore adding strength-building movements into their already existing Yoga asana practice.
