With Sarah Logue

Two hour workshop to delve into the beautiful depths that practice can allow us to sink into. We’ll have an extended meditative and movement practice, playfully and caring getting into the body, for around 75-90mins, then going into a 15 min guided meditation practice. After meditation we’ll have space to explore free writing (journaling), with prompts available if you’d like them. It’ll be a fabulous afternoon in community, connecting with others and most importantly, time to give back to & nurture yourself.
