To Nourish Your Body & Sooth Your Mind


WELCOME TO FOURTEEN DAYS OF SELF CARE!

We've been working hard on gathering all of these resources together over the last few weeks, and now we're ready to start sharing FOURTEEN DAYS worth of free TANGIBLE, ACTIONABLE self care practices.⁠

As much as we all love baths, an occasional facemask and a good glass of wine, this isn’t the sort of self-care we’re talking about (though let’s face it; no-one’s going to begrudge you that either!). We’ve collaborated with some amazing local people and collated exercises, recipes, work-outs, techniques and practices to help nourish your body, sooth your mind, and keep your spirits up as we say an enthusiastic farewell to November and (hopefully) lockdown part 2…

We’d like for you to JOIN US each day as we share each new resource, TAG us in your posts as you follow along, do the work, ask us questions, interact and uplift others following along too, but most importantly; commit some time each day for the next two weeks to your own wellbeing. None of our practices take longer than 30mins to complete, and all the recipes are family-friendly, so really - what have you got to lose?!

I’m going to be leading an Instagram LIVE Meditation and Intention-setting practice this SUNDAY 22nd of NOVEMBER at 8pm. I really hope to see you there, but if not; we’ll be uploading each practice here to a permanent home on our website every day, so you can catch up anytime.
