Now that Spring is in full swing it’s the perfect time to re-energise, renew and restore body and mind ready for sunny summer days ahead.


Yoga Teacher, vegan food blogger and general health geek, Suzie (from lifeinfullcolour.co.uk) will lead you through a fun, feel-good Vinyasa Yoga class, peppered with lots of detoxifying twists, toning postures and flowing, cleansing movements - finishing with a lovely deep relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. We’ll then go through The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms dining room for a delicious vegan brunch to keep you glowing throughout the rest of the weekend. Suzie will also show you how to make her favourite sugar-free treat, raw cacao truffles, which you will be able to take home with you to along with healthy recipes, foodie tips and a goodie bag packed with even more wellness treats!


Nom-aste Yoga Brunch is a warm and friendly gathering open to everyone - all levels of fitness and yoga experience are welcome. All that is required is a willingness to meet new friends and a big healthy appetite!
