Give your body and mind some much needed TLC next Bank Holiday Monday, 3oth May, with a whole evening of restorative, revitalising yoga, a healthy vegan three course supper and lots of wellness treats.

GENTLE VINYASA FLOW YOGA- 75 minutes

We'll start with a refreshing yoga practice, warming up the body through a gentle vinyasa flow before slowing down into a deeply relaxing, soothing candlelit sequence. Unique blends of Neal's Yard aromatherapy oils will be used to enhance the experience, encouraging your senses to soften as the body reaches a peaceful, restorative state. After a short guided meditation, we will then seal our intentions for the summer by making individual mala bead bracelets, which are yours to take home as a keepsake from the evening.

SUPPER

We will then move into the dining room (or terrace if the weather is beautiful!) to enjoy a luxurious, entirely homemade plant-based three course vegan supper, including selections of nibbles, a starter, main course and scrummy sugar-free dessert, all accompanied by delicious, detoxing 'mocktails'.

GIFTS

After relaxing and enjoying the evening, everyone will have a gift bag full of wellness treats to take home and keep the feel-good glow going throughout the rest of the week and on into summer.
