How your jaw plays a role in your pelvic floor
How to access your deep core with breathing techniques & exercises.
…and how to integrate all of these things in to your every day life!
We want to spread the word on pelvic floor and Sarah’s goal in life is to educate as many people as possible on their wonderful bodies and its capabilities!
Are you pregnant and know the pelvic floor is important for birthing but not sure why?
